There's power in not letting your emotions ripple like the tides of the ocean, swaying back and forth.

There's power in not letting your emotions ripple like the tides of the ocean,
swaying back and forth,
Dragging you down currents that undermine your own worth.
Water is rarely still,
It's unpredictable,
Dysregulated,
Shifting like the moon phases that dictates it.
But may your mind stand stronger than that tide.
May it control the wheel,
guiding you towards a smooth sailing ride.
Because you are not your mind.
Observe those thoughts,
No need to enact them.

Breath in, breathe out.
Reflect,
Observe the waves & notice the patterns,
Learn the powers in which you possess before you take action.
The mind is powerful tool that should never be wasted.
